We're Wijdan and Ethan — medical students, high school grads of 2021, and co-founders of ActivATAR. We know success. But we also know the system — the ATAR pressure, the late nights, the burnout. But more than anything, we saw how hard it was for students to stay consistently motivated. So we built the platform we wish we had.
Meet the Founders
Wijdan (BGGS 2021, ATAR 99.75)
Founder of Dr. Tutor (est. 2022), Wijdan turned high demand for tutoring into a thriving education startup. With over 2,000+ hours of tutoring experience, she's seen firsthand what students struggle with — and what actually works. She's passionate about using tech and education to empower students to reach their potential and stay motivated through the process.
Ethan (BGS 2021, ATAR 99.95)
With a comp-sci background and a love for all things tech, Ethan brings the product and AI side of ActivATAR to life. He's passionate about creating scalable solutions that blend smart design with meaningful impact — building tools that don't just work, but work for students.
